Applications are reviewed by hand. Create your portal account below — you can sign in right away, and catalog pricing and ordering unlock once an administrator approves your practice, usually within two business days.

Default shipping address

Required. Shipments are released to a named prescriber, so every account needs an ATTN. This address populates your invoices and can be changed later in Account.

How approval works

1. Create your account. You can sign in immediately and complete your practice profile.

2. We verify. An administrator checks your business name and address, license or credential number, and tax identification. Until that is done, catalog pricing, certificates of analysis, and ordering stay hidden.

3. You're approved. We email you and full wholesale access unlocks in the portal — usually within two business days. If we can't approve the account, we'll tell you why and how to resolve it.
